About the event
The Jack Kerouac House in St. Petersburg, Florida is proud to host and curate a monthly poetry reading of local and prominent out-of-town poets in Jack’s House.
Lifetime Beat Poet Laureate Larry Jaffe will be hosting the event to further Jack’s legacy as one of the foremost Beat Poets. Jaffe has been creating and hosting readings for over 30 years including the Autry Museum of Western Heritage, and the Poetic License series of weekly readings in Los Angeles. Additionally, he helped spearhead the UNESCO Dialogue Among Civilizations poetry project around the world.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available.
